Recent Project includes a Voice of the Customer driven Microsoft Cloud application for the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) to support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Gage Studies for the international automotive supply chain.
“I have worked and collaborated with John through multiple ASQ and AIAG projects for over 10 years. Most recently, John led the AIAG Core Tools Software (CTS) team of which I was a team member. John effectively led this very diverse group of subject matter experts (with lots of opinions!) through the successful design, development and launch of the CTS. He was thorough and inclusive in his approach on this complex system. When answers weren't known, he triggered global surveys to obtain feedback designed with the Voice of the Customer in mind.
